Through this blog post, I am to analyse a well-known scientific paper by Prof. Martin A Green, Titled Intrinsic concentration, effective densities of states, and effective mass in silicon. Through this exercise, I aim to familiarize myself with the art of reading and analyzing scientific papers and applying theoretical knowledge gained by studying related textbooks & courses to real life applications. Throughout this blog post, I shall analyze the paper through the 3 pass approach stated in 'How to Read a Paper' by Dr. S. Keshav
